Practice Guidance from Family Division

The President of the Family Division has issued two pieces of Practice Guidance which may be of assistance to members:

* Practice Guidance on the use of Intermediaries, Lay Advocates and Cognitive Assessments; and

* Public law cases with an international element - This guidance contains useful assistance if you are considering the possibility of the placement of a child abroad.
